Zack Band Concert...

It's amazing to me how much progress is made in one school year.  This was Zack's first year playing the clarinet.
They play so well already!
They did such an amazing job!
 I was really impressed!
It was a wonderful performance.
Their band teacher is awesome and really shares his love of music with his students!
Looking at this picture, I think we have a future professor on our hands...
Good Job, Zack we love ya!

Keep up the good work!!

Memorial Day 2015...

We had a really nice day as a family.
We actually got haircuts from Sherry earlier in the day and then we went to dinner.

Our kids had never been to the Salt Lake City Cemetery before, so we ate at Litza's Pizza and headed there after.
There are so many pretty and unique headstones at this cemetery.
We found my Grandma & Grandpa first...
Then we found my Great Grandpa and his wife.
Then I finally found Luella...
It was really nice to spend the day with our kids...
I love this little family of mine!!

Libby's Blue Hair...

Libby had been begging to have her ends dyed bright blue.
It took some persuading, but I finally caved.
We did it ourselves...
It was a 2 step process...

We lightened the ends and then added the blue color.
It turned out really pretty...
It's definitely a little crazy...
 But it's also fun...

Most importantly, it makes her happy!
She's beautiful from the inside out anyways!

Dance Recital 2015...

The theme this year was "Happy"!
Watching my girls dance definitely makes me happy!!
It was a fun show...
It was Sophie's first dance recital.
Libby was in a few dances this year, which was fun to watch.

Libby and her dancing buddies...
They are such cute girls!
Libby and her best dancing buddy!
Love these girls!
These boys somehow survived another dance recital...
They are good to support their sisters.
Tyler might of brought a little entertainment for the show...

It was another great show!

Mother's Day 2015...

I've been so blessed with examples of great mothers in my life...
I was blessed to have the best from the start!
 My Grandma Nelson (Esther)
She was one of the most giving, loving and funny ladies I've ever met!
Of course Grandma Steen (Solveig)
I love this picture...I can feel the love radiating from her through the picture!
She was an amazing cook, piano/organ player & a great example of hard work and sacrifice!

One of the greatest gifts I've ever been given is to be a mother myself!
 My kids are my world...
 I love them SO much!!

 They definitely make life fun...
Steve and the kids spoiled me with Spaghetti Factory on Saturday...
Beautiful flowers...
I also got candy and crepes.
I'm definitely one lucky girl!!
