Best Friends!

Tyler has a best friend and she is SO cute!

He was talking about his cousin Brooklyn one day (who he also loves) and I asked him if she was his best friend & he said, "no Cassie my best friend!" Anytime he sees her across the street he'll yell, "Hi Cassie!" and he'll keep repeating it until she hears him and says hello back. On Saturday, she came over for a few minutes
and Steve got a couple of cute pictures on his phone of them giving each other
"best friend hugs"!!

Summer Time Is On It's Way....

Saturday Fun...
We took the boat out for the first time this season. We went to Utah Lake & it was a lot of fun.
This was the first time Steve & I adventured out with all three kids by ourselves, but it actually worked out great. The water was still VERY cold, but Libby didn't mind and jumped right in!

Libby doesn't mind the temperature as long as she can swim.

When we first got the boat Libby said we had to give it a name & so that is what they decided on...now we are all about the pirate theme!

Happy Mother's Day!

I have the most amazing mom! I adore her! I truly don't know what I'd do without her. She has so many talents & skills that I admire! As I've gone through life I realize more & more how much I have been blessed to have her as my mom. She has taught me so much & is always there when I need her. My dad teases that they forgot to cut the umbilical cord...but I'm so glad we are so close & such good friends!! I hope you had a wonderful day!!

Zack was so cute this morning....He gave me his presents that he had made me at school, but then he teared up & said he wanted to do one more thing for me, but he couldn't. I asked him what it was & he said, "I wanted to bring you breakfast in bed." (we have early church so that wasn't really an option for our "not so early bird" family.) I told him not to cry because he could make me lunch after church. Then he said, "OK, but you have to get back in bed!" So this is a picture of me on the couch "bed" eating my yummy lunch!! Thanks Zack!!

Tired....

Today was Zack's first day back at school after a 2 week break....it must of been exhausting!
This is how I found him at 7:00pm. I thought he was just watching cartoons. He wouldn't wake up so I put him to bed where hopefully he stays through the night!!
