Happy 6th Birthday Tyler!

On Thursday, April 4, 2013...
Tyler turned SIX!

I really can't believe it has been six years since this sweet boy came into our lives!
When he arrived he was a little firecracker!
We were so happy to have him here!!
He never needed sleep & wore me out, but he was so cute!
Look at that smile!
It still lights up every room he enters!
He's always had a lot of spunk....
And personality!
He always kept us on our toes...
But, once again...
That smile would always melt our hearts!
Then he turned two & I was really worried how we would handle that!
It was a miracle, but he finally started to chill out & became such a good listener!!
He definitely kept the personality & sweet smile though!
He also loved hats & his lightning McQueen car & truck!

I also love the relationship he shares with his siblings...
He loves them so much!
They have always had so much fun together!
He also LOVES his brother Zack...
They have always been best buds!
They continue to be such good friends!
I hope they always stay this close!

Since he turned "6" here are six things about him right now...
1.  He LOVES kindergarten & is getting to be such a good reader!
2.  He is the BEST listener!
Tyler is always the first one to do what's asked, whether it's to get ready for bed or clean up the toys.  He'll always be the first to start & finish...it's so nice!
3.  Tyler loves to play games on the phone, his favorite is DragonVale.
4.  He has lost 2 teeth now!
5.  He loves to play with Zack, Noah & Nash...they could play together all day!
6.  He is such a good brother!
We LOVE you so much!!
Happy Birthday!

Easter 2013

My kids were all sitting on the stairs waiting to go down...
 They are well trained...
They know where to stop & wait for me to get a picture!
 The Easter Bunny came!
Sophie was so cute...She yelled, "Dora!"
 Libby gathering some eggs.
Sophie knows how it works this year!
 Tyler opening up his eggs.
Zack was the fastest at gathering them up!
Then I took a few pictures after church in their dress clothes...
 They were a little hyper...
I do love these crazy kids!
Don't you love Sophie's piggy tails...she finally has enough hair!
 Tyler & Zack
The girls in their cute outfits...I couldn't get Sophie to look at the camera or hold still!
Steve's enjoying an egg for lunch!
 Me & My Libster...
Then came dinner & an Easter Egg Hunt at my parent's house...
My mom always makes it special for the kids!
Jazzy & Libby...looking adorable as always!!

 Dallin found an egg!
My mom hung a bat & ball in the trees for all of the kids.
Steve & Sophie on the look out for eggs!
She had so much fun this year!

The boys playing baseball in the backyard.
Alayna is so good to watch Sophie for me!
Since Tyler's birthday is on Thursday, we sang happy birthday to him!
He wanted a catepillar cake like the one we made for Zack's scout banquet.
He gets so excited for his birthday!
I can't believe this cutie is going to be "6" this year!
 He had an awesome day!!
He is very happy to have birthday money to spend!
Happy Easter!!

Kip Moore Concert...

At the last minute Steve & I decided to go see Kip Moore.
He was playing at The Depot downtown last weekend.
He sings the songs, "Something 'bout a Truck" & "Hey, Pretty Girl".
It was a little crazy & there were a lot of drunk people, but we still had fun!
We were right up front...my favorite place to be!
He puts on a great show...
He is very high energy!
The guy playing the guitar on the right is Dave.
He said that he was the guy you'd call up to party!
Then something happened to Dave...he had a baby!  He explained how that really changes a person! This is what inspired Kip to write the song, "Hey Pretty Girl".  I LOVE that song!
He was so cute to interact with the crowd too.
He took someone's phone in the audience & then recorded a video for her & then gave it back.
Then for his Encore he came back out with a Jazz jersey & said that he was "The Mailman".  He had Karl Malone's jersey number!
I was a little sad that most of our pictures together were blurry or hard to see, but here is one of us before the show started.
He was in awe at the crowd that showed up & was so sincere about how fun it had been!
Then he came back out and said he would autograph whatever people would like.
I wish I could of stayed longer & gotten a picture, but we had to get back to our kids.
It was a  little crazy, but so much fun!
